Why do I want to do this/ what problem am I solving?

What do I know inside out?

What do I want to talk about?

What should I talk about?

What am I passionate about?

If I were buying my product/service what would I like to know that would be interesting?

What are my potential viewers looking for and how can I add immense value to them?

Who am I catering to/ who might be my target audience?

What gaps can my videos fill?

How will my videos be different from what is currently out there?
